My Approach
Each energy session includes an initial consultation to identify where the individual is investing their energy reserves to the detriment of their physical life. So often, clients speak of feeling stuck, plagued by doubt or indecision as to how to actualize or embody their creative life potential and fully engage with their world. This shows up as patterns, perpetuating themselves over and over in their lives to the point of malaise, fear, depression and even paralysis, as to how to move forward and become active, co-creative participants in the unfolding of their life story.
My work is about this restoration of power; helping the client to tune into what is actually occurring on the energetic and soul level, so that they may better identify how to restore their power and manifest different results. We all have an innate healing force within, and when we tap into this inherent well of self- knowledge, our lives begin to transform. Together we connect to health and create a spacious field of being-to-being resonance and higher heart awareness, as I hold the history of your system, it’s chosen lessons, interventions down to its inception, providing you the support to heal the memory-body at a cellular/DNA level. Our sessions are deeply life generating, leaving you with a renewed sense of clarity, integration and a profound awareness between spirit and body.
I attend to your soma (mind-body-spirit) and actively engage you in a dialogue between the personal and the transpersonal: the wisdom of your living anatomy and its ties to the natural world, the psycho-spiritual and the principles of the divine. I am passionate and committed to ensuring that those I commune with in the healing fields feel witnessed by, connected to, and deeply held within the ever present tides of health and universal love.

About the Practitioner
Lauren Breitbart is a Registered Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist, traditional Usui and Karuna Reiki Master Practitioner, Energy Worker and Intuitive Healer. She received her degree in the field of Craniosacral Biodynamics from The Stillpoint Institute and her Masters certification from the International Reiki Center in New York City. Lauren specializes in healing a wide spectrum of individuals in various phases of their life’s energetic and emotional journeys.
Lauren focuses her sacred work and healing energies in many different realms. She engages a holistic approach to each of her clients by tending to their emotional life and embodied experience, placing a specialized emphasis placed on creating a safe/supportive field with the highest reverence paid to becoming the fullest expression of self love and higher consciousness. Before devoting herself to the more intimate spaces of her private practice, Lauren spent time in public service providing palliative care. Her healing resume includes working in the Hospice/Palliative world with veterans suffering from PTSD, clinical patients with physiological and neurological ailments and providing emotional and energetic healing for bereaved family members.
Through an approach of unconditional love, presence and compassion, she empowers clients to unlock their divine and creative life force potential and connect to their internal wisdom, illuminating their path forward. Lauren focuses her healership and intentions on creating a safe and sacred space and relational dynamic with and for clients to expand and deepen their conscious relationship with their spirit and their bodies, both within and outside of their time together in the healing fields.
