JOURNEY THROUGH THE CHAKRAS: LIGHT BODY ACTIVATION

You are invited to celebrate Earth Day with a guided meditation and Reiki circle at Lakewood Ranch Pilates. We are delighted to host Lauren Breitbart, a traditional Usui and Karuna Reiki Master Practitioner and Energy Worker. Certified and trained from the International Reiki Center in New York City, Lauren specializes in healing a wide spectrum of individuals in various phases of their energetic journey.

Taking a journey through the Energetic system of the human body, we will activate and balance the 7 chakras or power centers of the body. The chakras contain our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual matter - they are indicators of where we are expending our energyreservoirs to our detriment and losing power in our world. We will gain a greater awareness of the anatomy of our spirit through tuning into our bodies internal guidance system and becoming active witnesses in the process. This practice will activate the light body, increasing our individual and collective vibrations, speeding up our bodies natural ability to heal itself.

ACCESSING YOUR PERSONAL COSMOS AND ACTIVATING INTUITION

I will be leading us on a journey of personal empowerment and healing through awakening the Sacral Chakra. We hope you will be able to join us.

In honor of the Summer Solstice, we will use the safe meditation space to tap into the playfulness of our inner child and move further into our divine natures, activating and balancing each of the chakras/ energy centers of the body, with special attention dedicated to the 2nd/ sacral Chakra. The sacral chakra represents the energetic realm of our earthly intuition, creative ability, connection to joy, sensuality and the site of our inner child or inner devotee. When this chakra is open we have full access to the sensuous pleasures of life, move more freely and creatively and are tuned into our internal guidance systems.
